[REL][SA] Friendly Triads & Aztecas

Small script that makes the VLA and Triads friendly upon storyline completion (Los Desperados, Wu Zi's missions).

Unlike Animeshnik's mod, this one only sets the acquaintance, without allowing you to recruit them so that there's no bugs in Los Sepulcros mission.

[REL][SA] Camera HUD Display

Makes the HUD disappear while aiming with camera.

[REL][SA] Traffic Switches

Allows you to toggle all the traffic or separate traffic features.
V2 update introduces a menu activated by TRFCM cheat instead of the old separate cheat codes for each feature.

[REL][SA] Hud Switcher

Toggle interface on/off by typing HUD in-game.
